When you request account deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the request by logging back in. After this grace period, all your personal data, uploaded photos, photo shoots, comments, selections, and associated storage files are permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Some data may be retained longer if required for legal compliance or to resolve disputes. Usage logs and analytics data are retained in anonymised form and may be kept indefinitely for statistical purposes.
