By accessing or using Cullengo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

2. Use of the Service

Permitted Use

Cullengo is designed for photographers and models to collaborate on photo shoot planning, review, and selection. You may use the platform to upload, share, comment on, and organize photos within photo shoot albums.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Upload content depicting minors in any inappropriate context.
• Use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or phishing attempts.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without our written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Resell access to the platform or use it for commercial purposes not intended by its design.

3. User Content

You retain full ownership of all photos, comments, and other content you upload to Cullengo (“User Content”). By uploading content, you grant Cullengo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform and providing the service to you and your collaborators.

This licence ends when you delete your content or your account. We do not claim any ownership over your photos or other creative work.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or the rights of third parties. Cullengo is not liable for User Content uploaded by its users.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Cullengo.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the platform settings. Upon deletion, your personal data and uploaded content will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties. Where possible, we will provide notice before termination and an opportunity to export your data.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Cullengo is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cullengo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify registered users via email.

Your continued use of Cullengo after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should discontinue use of the platform and delete your account.
